We do offer a completely free 30-day trial that allows your team to explore the full functionality of Projectal. This trial period is to give you enough time to ensure Projectal meets your needs and that you like using it!

Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Yes — annual subscriptions come with a 5% discount.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept most credit cards and, for larger organizations, we can support invoicing as well.

What is a Projectal user?

A Projectal user is any user that can log in to your Projectal site and exists in User Management.

What kind of support will I get?

We provide email support Mon-Fri 9AM – 7PM AET. For enterprise customers, additional priority support levels are available.

What currencies are accepted?

Can I cancel our subscription? Do I get a refund?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time and your credit card will be credited with the pro-rated balance left on your subscription.

How are users counted towards billing?

You can add and remove users as your team changes, and always up to the limit of the total number of users in your Projectal subscription.
